Distribución y habitat
Occurs in the coastal mountains (lomas costeras) from south of Barquito to north of Chañaral (sea level to 700 m). In the southern part of Parque Nacional Pan de Azúcar it grows with C. serpentisulcata and C. cinerea var. columna-alba.
