Distribution and habitat

This species has a distribution from Huasco Province (Embalse Santa Juana, 28°40’ S, 70°38’ W) south to the Valle del Río Elqui (30°4’ S, 70°49’ W). It has an altitudal range of between 670- 1200 m above sea level.
