Mediterranean and Mountain matorral & sclerophyllous forest

Distribution and habitat

Only know from a single location on the isolated hill of Quilhuica, Lampa. Here it grows in rock crevices along with Tristagma graminifolium. The surrounding vegetation corresponds to a degraded sclerophyllous scrub of Lithraea caustica, Quillaja saponaria and Porlieria chilensis (García, 2022).

Habit

Flowers between May and August. Immature fruits have been recorded during August and September (García, 2022)
