    Distribution and habitat

    Very restricted distribution in the province of Valparaís where it is only known from about five localities. It grows on dry coastal hills typically with Adesmia loudonia, Cassia closiana, Chusquea cumingii and Colliguaja odorifera.

    Notes

    Seed of this species is banked by the national seed bank of Chile, INIA.
